Define Client Objectives and Job Specifications
• Ensure understanding of client's business and corporate culture
• Discuss the role’s scope and responsibilities, compensation package, reporting lines and use our market knowledge and experience to agree with you an ideal candidate profile
• Produce a detailed search proposal for your approval prior to the commencement of the search
• Agree a search timetable

Identify and Assess Candidates
• Identify and confirm target sources using Clifden Partners extensive database and network of contacts
• Prepare a map of the candidate universe and review the information with you as required, ensuring that it meets your aims and priorities
• Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses
• Review profiles with client and collect feedback

Interviews
• Set up client interviews of candidates
• Obtain feedback from both client and candidates
• Select shortlist of successful candidates
• Liaise with your Human Resources department throughout the search process, copying the appropriate documentation for their files

Offer
• We will assist in managing the negotiations and advise you on any issues of concern to the candidate
• We will provide guidance on structuring a remuneration package designed to ensure that you are successful in securing their services
• Prepare successful candidate for resignation tactics


Competitor Analysis
We are increasingly asked by our client to provide services broader than traditional executive search. These services can enable them to key decisions across a range of areas including recruitment, departmental budgeting, remuneration and general strategy.


Competitor Report: This report will provide detailed information on an agreed list of key competitors. Areas covered could include organizational structure, product strengths and weaknesses, P&L and personnel changes

Reputation Analysis: This report will aim to give you a honest and accurate view of the way the market assesses your business, product and people

New Entry Report: This reports will enable you to assess a potential new market that you may be considering entering. We will identify your potential competitors, their personnel, P&L and reputations
